Build Smart – webinar

Tempini Romania provides a webinar with essential information for the built environment. It is presented in the form of a video course and is a summary of the basics for those wishing to build or buy a house or apartment. People wishing to participate should fill in the form provided on this registrationform.

Despite a technologically advanced society and undeniable improvements in the quality of the indoor environment, the quality of buildings is a subject debated and analysed daily by specialists in the sector who point out that there are still a number of health risks. The term sustainable building, which we often hear, refers to buildings that meet all the criteria based on functionality, health, aesthetics and sustainability, but how do we end up living in a house like this? How do we build our desired home in harmony with nature? What should we pay attention to when we decipher a data sheet? How can we make sure that our indoor space is beneficial to our health, not harmful? And how can we manage the costs?

To get the answers, the right questions must first be asked. Often, due to a lack of informed information, mistakes are already made and the costs are hard to bear, experts warn. Information “gleaned” from the internet, online forums, or other sources does not provide a real and concrete perspective on what needs to be done. In this regard, a group consisting of architect Ioan Șandru, interior designer Mihai Caraghiaur and engineers Rareș Brădeanu (also a Kerakoll specialist), eng. Liviu Iacoboni and Gigi Nacev (director of Tempini Solutions Ro), draw up a set of building information in accordance with current building regulations.

The webinar offers a wide range of suggestions and details on building a home, as well as relevant information for those thinking of buying a home. The set of information that will be made available online, is certified by their experience in construction, based on what they encounter every day in their field of activity. Thus, the topics covered include information on architecture, design, budget management, as well as technical information on foundation, structure, insulation, roofing, electrical installations.
