TEMPINI SOLUTIONS RO SRL, RO 33759784, J35/2490/2014, with registered office in Calea Aradului, nr. 115, Timișoara, as owner and administrator of the Tempini.ro website, undertakes to keep confidential the information provided by you when accessing the website, in full compliance with the General Regulation 2016/679 on personal data protection (GDPR) and the national legislation in force.
We use advanced security methods and techniques to protect the personal data we collect, ensuring that all individuals who submit personal information are protected by law.
We inform you that you have the right to access, oppose and intervene at any time on the personal data entered in the forms, according to the provisions of Law no. 677/2001.
The purpose of processing personal data
TEMPINI SOLUTIONS RO SRL collects only those personal data necessary to navigate the Tempini.ro website, in a way that is as easy and applicable as possible to the needs of the users.
We process personal data in order to:

- resolve the cancellation of an order or any problems of any kind relating to an order in Tempini showrooms, goods and services purchased

Right of information and access to data, cf. Article 15 of the GDPR
It means that you have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we are processing personal data about you and, if so, you have access to that data and information on how that data is processed.
The right to rectification, cf. Article 16 of the GDPR
It concerns the correction, without undue delay, of inaccurate personal data. The correction will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data was transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
The right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”) under Article 17 of the GDPR

The right to restrict processing under Article 18 of the GDPR
It can be exercised if you contest the accuracy of the data, for a period necessary to verify the accuracy of the data; the processing is unlawful and you object to the deletion of the personal data, requesting instead restriction; if SC ALCO ROM SRL no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but the person requests them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; if the person has objected to the processing for the period of time during which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the controller prevail over those of the person concerned.
Right to data portability, cf. Article 20 of the GDPR

The right to object under Article 21 of the GDPR
It concerns your right to object to the processing of personal data when the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or when it is in the legitimate interest of the controller. Where the processing of personal data is for the purposes of direct marketing or processing carried out on the basis of express consent, you have the right to object to the processing at any time.
The right to withdraw consent at any time to stop processing of data that is based on your consent.
Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to withdrawal, for the performance of a contract, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation or for the purposes of pursuing our legitimate interests.
